Distribution Enclosure for Hybrid FTTA System

The Specialized Hybrid Enclosure provides an option for distributing both data and power on tower tops and rooftops. One hybrid box can support up to 10 DC-powered radios in a variety of configurations. The Hybrid Trunk Cable is terminated in the Hybrid Distribution Enclosure.

Power Distribution Features

• Power distribution for 10 devices with up to 5 amps per output
• Redundant inputs with protection against reverse polarity can accept up to 50amps of -48vdc power
• Output protection for transient events, overcurrent events, inrush current surges and voltage spikes.
• Each input and output have individual mechanical switches and status LEDs
• Each output has an auto-resetting circuit breaker with a maximum current of 5amps but can be programmed to have a lower trigger threshold.
• There are 4 options of Input Lightning or Surge Protection to choose from

Fiber Distribution Features

• Integrated 24 fiber cassette that accepts the MTP connector from the Specialized trunk cable
• Room to add an additional cassette or panel in the future if more fiber termination or cross connects are required

Cable Management Features

• Factory installed Icotek Split Cable Glands allow easy pre-terminated cable installation
• Icotek DIN-rail mounted cable strain relief 

Enclosure Features

• Cabinet includes both wallmount and pole mount kits
• Stainless steel mounting plate with DIN rails
• 3mm Double bit locks with keys, 2 point locking system
